Dr. Pandemonious Fish is an internationally renowned performance and circus phenomenon. Overcoming huge obstacles such as being unable to walk or talk* he has trod the boards of music halls and theatres across the land for many decades and has now taken the concept of balance and grace to a new level in mastering the novo-cirque equipment of choice, the “Cyr Wheel”.
