Victorian eccentric, Dr. Pandemonious Fish comes in various guises: a potion selling charlatan, a bumbling Victorian gentleman on a Penny Farthing, a daring explorer or even the banana toting wild west hero “Doc” Fish complete with his iron horse “Rusty”.
